We will accept items for return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact Mini Mals at [email protected] or phone (+61) 048 806 9999 between 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday (AWST), within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unworn, unwashed items with all tags and labels and packaging intact, may be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of purchase. We will not accept any returns unless these conditions are met.
We recommend you return the items using registered post as we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned items. Sorry we cannot refund postal charges on delivery and return of items.

Mini Mals Australia will process a refund to the same payment method used to purchase the items less the postal charge. If you have received a gift, only the purchaser will be entitled to a refund. However, we can exchange the item, for a more suitable item.
Goods damaged or lost in transit
if your package does not show up for some bizarre reason… contact us and we will help in any way we can. If your purchase is damaged in transit you will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
