Mini Mals Australia accepts payment online by visa card, mastercard or American Express, diners club and paypal using a 128 bit SSL connection for all transactions and administration functions. Digital certification is used to verify integrity and authenticity between eWay and you to prevent unauthorized access. Encrypted card details are temporarily stored in a secure, encrypted database. Card details are erased from record as soon as orders are processed. This eliminates the risk of your credit card details being captured and used by unauthorized people.
Alternatively we accept payments via paypal which is easy to use and will automatically converts the cost of your purchase into foreign currency.
Direct deposit is also available. please send us an email at [email protected] with your order details. we will return your email within 24 hours and provide order number and amount. Orders will not be sent until the funds have cleared in our account. We will notify you by email when the payment has been received. If payment is not received within 24 hours your order may be cancelled.

Delivery within Australia
All orders within Australia will be shipped at a flat rate of $5 with signature on delivery required. If no one is home, a card will be left for you to pick your parcel up from your nearest post office.
Express Post parcels will be shipped within Australia at a flat rate of $10 with signature on delivery required. If no one is home, a card will be left for you to pick your parcel up from your nearest post office.
We post all orders over $150 FREE of charge Australia Wide as well as gift vouchers!
International Delivery

For all international purchases we post orders via Australian Registered Air Mail. Signature on delivery is required. If no one is home, a card will be left for you to pick your parcel up from your nearest post office. email us for rates.
Returns and exchanges
We will accept items for return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact Mini Mals at [email protected] or phone (+61) 048 806 9999 between 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday (AWST), within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unworn, unwashed items with all tags and labels and packaging intact, may be returned within ten (10) days of receipt of purchase. We will not accept any returns unless these conditions are met.
We recommend you return the items using registered post as we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returned items. Sorry we cannot refund postal charges on delivery and return of items.

Mini Mals Australia will process a refund to the same payment method used to purchase the items less the postal charge. If you have received a gift, only the purchaser will be entitled to a refund. However, we can exchange the item, for a more suitable item.
Goods damaged or lost in transit
if your package does not show up for some bizarre reason… contact us and we will help in any way we can. If your purchase is damaged in transit you will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
